The purpose of the Energy Innovations Program is to design more conservative, efficient, safe, economical, and comfortable living spaces. We strive to provide straightforward answers and practical solutions. We serve the Greater Metropolitan Indianapolis area.

- We can make recommendations on what needs to be done and provide advice about the most reliable companies to do the work, and give you a ballpark figure of what you should be paying.
- We educate our clients on how to achieve, maintain, and continually improve efficiencies in the home, helping you to avoid unneeded expenditures, repairs, replacements, and home emergencies.
When it comes to understanding what you need for your home, it can be like speaking a different language. Consider us the interpreter between you and your home! We provide "One-Time" services or "Ongoing" subscription services, providing home expertise and education you can depend on.
Consulting & Maintenance
This is a one-time service that focuses on efficiency and home health. We answer your questions about your home, help you to solve problems, help you get to know your home and have a better relationship with your home, so you can protect it and your wallet.
This service includes air quality (testing & analysis), humidity, and heat distribution (drafts/leaks) assessments.
Subscription Services (monthly or annually)
Includes our regular consulting and maintenance services, an annual home checkup and energy cost analysis. We can recommend services and help you understand what you need and what you should expect to pay. This service is especially great for new homeowners, senior homeowners, and those who love their home but don't know a whole lot about how it runs. This service can help you prevent being taken advantage of.
For example, your A/C stops running and it really only needs a capacitor, but the A/C company replaces the entire unit.
Our subscription includes phone support to answer questions about who to call for what. Up to four onsite service calls per calendar year to assess a situation you are experiencing, or to assess a new home prior to purchasing or listing it.
